    Wanna join? Here's what to do:
  • Send a note to the club with the subject "Join." In it, specify which Nation you would like to be in: Fire, Water, Earth, or Air. If you do not send the club a note, you will not be added.
  • Add the club to your devWATCH.
  • Post the club's icon in your journal, or a link to the club in your signature.

    I am sick and tired of people not reading the rules for joining!!! People, you can read, right? Then do it! I hate having to go to peoples' userpages when they add us to their watch, asking them if they had wanted to join. Tired of replying to peoples' notes, asking them which group they had wanted to be in. If this keeps up, I'll just ignore watches and notes that don't specify which group you want to be in, got that, people?

    Hi all Avatar Fans!! Come and help with:

    For those who don't already know: The actors who will play the main four characters of "The Last Airbender," the live action Avatar film, have been announced. And all of them are white.

    We love Avatar, and have for a long time. But we're pretty disappointed about this casting decision, and we know we're not alone in that.

    The Nickelodeon show "Avatar: The Last Airbender," on which this film is based, featured Asian and Inuit characters in a fantasy setting inspired and informed by a variety of Asian and Inuit cultures. The characters fight with East Asian martial arts, have Asian or Inuit features, dress in Asian or Inuit clothing, and write with Chinese characters.

    Thats why we are sending a message to the industry, and trying to stop this monster before its too late and save the show we know and love.
